Evion Residence Holiday Apartment is located in Nikiti, Chalkidiki and offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where one can spend quality time with family, children and friends in a 115 sq. m. two-story apartment with its own 30 sq. m. roof-top terrace.

Be it a couple’s morning coffee at the living room balcony where one can admire the sunrise or a family & friends BBQ at the roof-top terrace during sunset, the apartment offers every comfort for a pleasant and memorable holiday.

The two pools, playground and recreational areas allow for a lively atmosphere where kids can play together with neighbors, while their parents can socialize over a drink or two.

Step into our tranquil roof-top terrace or savor a delicious BBQ meal with loved ones. Relax on the living room balcony with a good book, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee on the sofa while taking in the serene surroundings.

You can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by comfortable sun beds and sun umbrellas where you can relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy a refreshing swim.

There’s a common dining area next to the pool where you can socialize and have a drink with other people in the complex. It’s the perfect place for gathering with friends and families and enjoying delicious meals al fresco.

Adjacent to the pools, we also have a kids playground with a swing, a slide, and other fun activities, where children can play and have fun while parents relax and keep an eye on them.

The living room in our apartment is a cozy and comfortable space perfect for relaxing with family and friends. It features a large and comfortable sofa and a coffee table, as well as a large smart TV with satellite and international television. The room is filled with natural light, and there are curtains and window shutters that can be used to control the amount of light and privacy.

The dining table can fit up to 4 guests. It’s perfect for enjoying meals together or playing board games. The has a classic design matching the ambient of the space and adds a touch of elegance to it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. It’s a modern and functional space, with plenty of storage and counter space. You’ll find all the necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware, as well as some basic ingredients and condiments, to make cooking a breeze.

The apartment features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, with two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom on the first floor. The two other bedrooms and roof-top terrace are on the second floor, together with a second bathroom.
